He said that this last week was not the best but they are still trying to teach a few people. The week previous they had a baptism which was a sister of Carly, a previous investigator. He said that they are teaching thier mom and she is getting serious. So if you know my mom she was worried about what he was going to do for christmas. In his letter he told us that he is going to go to Carly's house on christmas eve and another members house on christmas. So we have all heard Bryce answer most of his questions with the quote "Do bears crap in the woods? Well after receiving this pic from dad and Chantell told him about. Bryce told us in his email that he was right and he was trying to tell us all.

November

So Bryce is teaching some investigators at a members house. The members have a 2 year old boy that is named Noah. He calls Bryce elda hawmon, and he loves Bryce. One time when the parents try to put Noah in his room he just yelled elda hawmon, elda hawmon over and over. He always tries to play with Bryce when he is over there. Bryce did a lot of service this week. This is a picture of Bryce, his companion, and Noah

The next week there was a huge rainstorm and he had to help people sweep water out of their houses. He has done a lot of service work lately. So know I am caught up and will be updating every week.

October

So he got to watch Conference a week later. They are a day ahead so they had to wait until sunday to watch it. Then he was saying how it has been really stormy and rains a lot. His district leader is from skyline and played football so he got to talk about some familiar people they both knew.
The next week he was able to set up a baptisimal date for one of thier investigators. Transfers are the next week so he was anxious to see what would happen.
He got to finally stay in one area and not get transferred. So his new companion is from New Zealand he is excited saying that he is going to work on his accent. During the transfers he saw someone that played baseball with Chace. Right when he saw Bryce he asked if he was Chace's brother. How weird is it that he is seeing all these people that he knows or that live here in Utah.

September

The first week of september he told us that he has been helping planning the wedding of the investigators. He also said that he left a pair of white tennis shoes on the bus. That is so like him to always loose stuff. Luckly the bus driver was a member and she saved his shoes for him, so he did get them back.
The next week he got transferred again. So this is the third transfer so far there is something different though he is the senior companion. So he is in control and drives the car. He said that is is weird driving on the left side of the road. He told me that he has driven on the wrong side of the road just once. His new companion is from Colorado Springs and had been in the area for a few weeks before he got transferred there.

August

So the first week of August Bryce got transferred. He was able to see one of the investigators get baptized. His new companion is elder King, from Tasmania.He was trasnferred to Kenmore. In this area he says he is going to gain weight due to all the members feeding him. They have huge meals and when he goes to 2-3 house a night he eats at each one.

The next week as he was teaching a couple that were not married the man knelt down and proposed right there. He was saying how cool it was that they wanted to be in the church that bad so they wanted to hurray and get married. These are some more pictures he sent us. JULY

Bryce was in the MTC for a few weeks. He got into Brisbane on July 2nd, he said his flight was very long and that he slept for most of it. His first companion was Elder Lefrandt, he is from Alpine UT. His first area was Mudgeerba in surfers paradise. He got there and that first friday he had a baptism.

The second week he got food poisoning and was sick all day. He had a lot of people to teach and it is going good for a lot of investigators. They have a car and the senior companion drives.

He took this pic by himself to send us one.The rest of the month he was just investigating and do charity work for others.

The Start

Bryce is on a mission in Brisbane, Australia he left June 1st. He was excited to leave the country but no excited for the snakes and spiders, that are suppose to be huge over in Australia. I will try and update this site every week with pics and stories that he sends us.
